Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your necklace but in the event that you are not happy we offer a returns facility. All necklaces are fitted with a security tag. A necklace may be returned within 7 days but must be returned in its original condition with the securitiy tag unbroken. An exchange or credit will be given but postage will have to be added for the exchanged necklace.
We will not accept any returned item where the security tag has been removed or tampered with.
If you wish to return the necklace it must be sent via Special Delivery or Registered Post and must be insured to cover the full value of the item(s). The cost of returning the necklace is the responsibility of the customer.
