The Richness of Antique Black Jade, with Necklace of Citrine, Gold and Onyx

• This stunning antique black jade Bi disc (symbol of harmony and longevity) is enhanced by a carved active dragon, circling the disc and breathing not fire, but a ru yi, an emblem of all that you wish for.  This carving is on both sides of the disc, 2” diameter and 12 mm thick.
• It is hanging on mat onyx beads, 5mm which then are topped by vintage bronze from West Africa (15mm), made by the lost wax technique; a petrol toned baroque pearl, and more mat onyx beads.
• The necklace itself consists of baroque, petrol toned pearls, 8mm;
• Antique, traditionally crafted and etched melon beads, 16mm, made of sheet gold on hardened resin, made in Afghanistan; and similar, but larger gold beads, 26mm;
• Citrine pebbles, 22mm;
• Black cubes in mat onyx, 15mm;
• 14ct. gold vermeil toggle clasps which are easy to use and secure.  My silver name label is attached.
• The necklace comes, like all my necklaces with its own colour co-ordinated silk brocade pouch bag, made by a Shanghai tailor.
• The necklace measures 18” or 46cm with a pendant drop of 3 ½” or 9cm
