- The smooth, honey toned African buffalo horn cylinders 23mm x 38mm, look lovely next to the watery green aventurine discs (22mm).
- And the darker, green jade beads (19mm) from Botswana, give depth to the aventurine green, while the crystal discs (21mm) lighten the look.
- The vintage, copper and brass basket wire beads (21mm) are from West Africa and are made by the lost wax method, a difficult and time-consuming technique.
- I have used a handmade 14k gold vermeil toggle clasp. Toggle clasps are easy to use and secure. My silver name label is attached at the clasp.
- The necklace comes, like all my necklaces, with its own colour coordinated silk brocaded pouch bag, made by a Shanghai tailor.
